   H3 assembles mineral rights properties for lease by Oil and Gas companies.

   H3 also purchases, sells, leases and maintains minerals and real estate. Since it was formed in 2002, H3 has purchased over 5,000 properties at tax lien auctions in 52 West Virginia counties.

   H3 owns both surface and mineral properties and has agreements with agents in various parts of West Virginia to advertise and sell properties.



   H3 purchased most properties through the delinquent tax lien process, which requires resolving all title issues through extensive courthouse research. Location, value, aerial photos, topographic maps, tax maps, legal descriptions and other property attributes are often identified during the process of acquiring the deed after the auction.

   If you have minerals to sell or lease, we are interested in leasing or selling current and future mineral rights to developers. 

  H3 owns mineral rights for oil and gas, coal, and coal bed methane in the Marcellus and Utica regions of West Virginia. We want to build a long term relationship with a developer as our partner.  We are also seeking active investors for our company.
